This job need only one setup to finish the entire job. Dies and Punches layout as following just for the suggestion.
Measure from the left rails—–20.5′—500,500,25mm. Left no space between the bottom dies.
For the top punches have the following layout:
First sets line on the left egde with the top.
100,200,50,25,40,100 space 500mm. The right edge line up with the top punches
