This job need the following bottom die
…..33′…200,500..space 5mm 45,300. The 5mm space between the sets of die is really important. It needs for the 1′ bend (blank 14′).
Leave no space between the set punches.
50,500,500 top punches

Same top and bottom dies and punches except the top above the 100mm. The punches should 50,45 mm.

This job need only one setup to finish the entire job. Dies and Punches layout as following just for the suggestion.
Measure from the left rails—–20.5′—500,500,25mm. Left no space between the bottom dies.
For the top punches have the following layout:
First sets line on the left egde with the top.
100,200,50,25,40,100 space 500mm. The right edge line up with the top punches
